Put the eggs in a saucepan and, after boiling, cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Take out the eggs and cool a little. Carefully roll the eggs on the table, lightly beat them with the handle of a knife so that nice cracks form on the shell. Mix the ingredients for the tea marinade. Put the eggs in the marinade and pour water so that it covers them completely. Boil on low heat for an hour or more, constantly adding water to cover the eggs. Then cool them, clean them and put them on a plate with greens.
