— 1 glass of kefir or sour milk;
– 1 egg;
— 3 st. l. mayonnaise;
— 1 tsp. baking soda;
– as much flour as the dough will take;
— a pinch of salt;
– vegetable oil for frying.

— ham;
– Korean carrots;
— canned corn;
— fresh tomatoes;
– cheese.

Mix kefir (or sour milk) with egg and mayonnaise.

Add baking soda and a pinch of salt.

Gradually add flour and knead a soft, elastic dough that will not stick to your hands.

Divide the dough into parts. Roll out each of them with a rolling pin the diameter of your pan.

Spread Korean carrots on a dough sheet about 0,5 cm thick.

Place the ham bars on top of the carrots.

We make a layer of canned corn and slices of tomatoes.

Place thin pieces of hard cheese on top (I have homemade cheese in grape leaves).

Place another layer of dough on top. Pinch the edges with your fingers or with a fork.
