Festive curly sandwiches – a recipe with a photo

Today I offer you to cook unusual, original and very beautiful sandwiches called “Curly”.

long loaf (baguette) — 0,5 pcs.;
cheese – 200 g;
oil – 100 g;
mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp. l .;
tomato – 2-3 pcs.;
ground sweet paprika – 3 tsp;
dill – 1 bunch;
garlic – 2 cloves;

Makes about 12 sandwiches.

The process of making festive sandwiches.

I cut the loaf into thin slices. I grease each piece of loaf with butter.

We make a spread. I will grind the cheese in the processor. If you don’t have it, you can pass the cheese through a sieve. The main thing is that it has a uniform consistency.

Depending on how moist your cheese is, I add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise here. Salt this mass a little. You need to add a little salt, as there is already salt in the mayonnaise.

The cheese should have a pasty consistency.

I divide this grated cheese into three equal parts. I add finely chopped dill to the first part of the cheese. You should try to cut it as small as possible. Mix well.

I make a second spread. I mix this part with paprika.

Now I make the third part of the spread. It should remain white. Here I add garlic. Mix well to a uniform consistency.

Now the fun begins. I take a piece of bread, smeared with butter, then I collect the curd mass with garlic and put it on the bread in this way.

Next, I take the curd mass, which is mixed with dill and spread it on the bread in the same way.

Next – with paprika and I teach exactly the same.

This is how I do all the colors. You need to collect a little cheese mass on the fork, then the sandwich will turn out to be more beautiful and elegant.

This is how I decorate all sandwiches. I decorate the middle with a tomato.

You can decorate at your discretion, for example, with pieces of bacon or red caviar. Be sure to try them on your holiday table. I am sure that the guests will appreciate them.
