Festive dinner – meat with mushrooms. A recipe with a photo

Today I will prepare a festive dinner and it will be tender meat under mushrooms.

Ingredients: (4 servings)
pork neck – 800 g;
colored bell pepper – 3 pcs.;
mushrooms – 300 g;
onion – 1 pcs.;
sour cream – 3 tbsp. l .;
cheese – 100 g;
salt and pepper to taste.

The process of preparing a festive dinner.

I cut the meat, the thickness of the piece should be about 2 centimeters or two fingers.

Salt and pepper the meat on both sides. Cover with cling film and beat well on both sides.

Set the prepared pieces aside, let it marinate a little. And now let’s deal with vegetables. Medium chop the onion. Pour a little oil into the pan, put the onion and fry it over low heat.

Cut the mushrooms into cubes. The onion is slightly fried, now I add our mushrooms here. Add salt and fry everything together for a few minutes – until half cooked. As soon as they start to decrease in size, immediately turn off the fire. We put everything in a plate and leave to cool.

Cut the pepper into circles. Fry for 1 minute on each side.

Finely chop the garlic, add it to the mushrooms, put a few spoons of sour cream and mix.

Heat the pan well, do not add oil. Fry the meat on high heat on both sides until golden brown.

Everything was prepared. It remains to finish the dish. We put the meat on a baking sheet, put circles of pepper on top of it. Place the mushrooms on top, spread over the surface.

Sprinkle cheese on top. Put the prepared dish in a preheated oven at 210-220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

The meat is ready! We take out and enjoy the extraordinary delicate taste.
