Festive hot snack – a recipe with a photo

Today we are preparing meat rolls with potatoes. They have an amazing taste and aroma. Very hearty, they are prepared simply and you don’t need to think about a side dish.

Ingredients:
potatoes – 2-3 pcs.;
fillet meat – 700 g;
adjika – 2 teaspoons;
sour cream – 1 tbsp. l .;
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. L.;
onion – 1 pc.;
salt – 1 tsp;
black pepper – to taste.

The process of preparing a hot snack for the festive table.

700 g of fillet meat (in this case, pork) should be cut into long, thin plates approximately 4-5 mm thick.

Cut the onion into thin half rings, add to the meat. Here, add 2 teaspoons of adjika, 1 teaspoon of salt, a spoonful of salt without bitterness, black pepper to taste, put 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes at room temperature.

Peel 2-3 medium-sized potatoes and cut them into strips. Pour water into the pan, lower the potatoes, add salt and put on fire.

Cook from the moment of boiling for 2-3 minutes, but no more. We take it out.

Now we take a plate of meat, put a little onion from the marinade, put a small bunch of prepared potatoes, wrap a roll. Fasten with a wooden skewer. Do the same with other rolls. Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil and lay out the rolls. We put it in a heated oven. Cook at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

The appetizer is ready, you can serve it to the table.
