Festive salad cake – a recipe for a delicious salad.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):
400 g of chicken fillet;
200 g of champignons;
1 medium onion;
1 carrot;
2 pickled cucumbers;
100 gr. prunes;
150-200 ml of mayonnaise;
vegetable oil for frying;
2 boiled eggs;
greens for decoration.

Salad preparation process.

To prepare a cake-salad with chicken meat and mushrooms, it is necessary to boil the chicken fillet in salted water until ready, cool it in the broth, then dry it and finely chop it.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and place the onion in the pan. Fry a little, add salt.

Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut them into small pieces. Add to the pan with onions and fry until ready. Cool down.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and fry in vegetable oil over low heat until ready. Cool down.

Grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the prunes.

Peel the eggs and cut them into circles.

Put all the prepared ingredients in layers on a wide flat plate in the following sequence: 1 layer — chicken meat, mayonnaise.

2nd layer – fried mushrooms with onions, mayonnaise.

3rd layer — prune.

4th layer – carrots, mayonnaise.

5th layer – cucumbers, mayonnaise.

Decorate the salad with circles of boiled eggs and greens.

Place the salad for soaking in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
