Festive salad Frilled chicken – a recipe with a photo

Very tasty, interesting salad cake. You can decorate it in different ways, while the taste will remain the same! I used a salad form with a diameter of 24 cm. If you want to make the salad taller, then you should replace the removable ring with a smaller one (20-22 cm).

fresh cucumbers – 3 pcs.;
boiled chicken eggs – 5-6 pcs.;
mayonnaise – 150-200 g;
boiled chicken breast – 200-250 g;
marinated mushrooms – 200 g;
salt, pepper – to taste;
dill – 50 g;
quail eggs for decoration – 2-3 pcs.

The process of preparing a holiday salad.

Now we will need to grate boiled eggs and place them with mayonnaise. Leave one tablespoon of mayonnaise to coat the salad later.

Peel the cucumbers and cut them into strips. Leave one unpeeled cucumber to decorate the salad later.

Part of the dill should be chopped and added to the cucumbers. Instead of dill, you can use any other greens. If necessary, you can add salt and pepper to the cucumbers.

Marinated mushrooms should be chopped. If you have fresh mushrooms, you can fry them and add them to this salad as well.

Chop the chicken breast.

It’s time to lay out the layers. We will have chicken breast first.

The next layer is a mixture of egg and mayonnaise. It is necessary to use part of this mixture, since we will have such a layer repeated.

The next one is cucumbers mixed with dill.

Again we have an egg mixture.

Next we will have mushrooms.

The last layer of eggs with mayonnaise.

It is necessary to level the surface with mayonnaise, which we left.

Now we will prepare all the ingredients to decorate our salad.

After decorating the salad, you need to cover it with cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for at least one hour so that it soaks well.
