Festive salad with chicken and prunes – a recipe with a photo

chicken fillet (boiled) – 250 g;
boiled eggs – 5 pcs.;
cheddar cheese – 150 g;
pitted prunes – 150 g;
fried sesame – 20 g;
mayonnaise – 130-150 g (to taste);
garlic – 2-3 cloves;
black pepper and salt – to taste.

Culinary ring – 16 cm.

Salad preparation process.

We throw chicken meat into boiling water, add a little salt and cook for about 20-25 minutes. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.

Grate yolks and whites separately on a fine grater.

If you have dried prunes, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and cut into small cubes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Let’s prepare the salad dressing. Rub a few cloves of garlic into the mayonnaise, add a little ground black pepper. Mix everything. For convenience, you can put mayonnaise in a cooking bag or in a regular bag.

We collect the salad. Place pieces of chicken on the bottom of the mold. We make a mesh of mayonnaise on top. Press everything well with a spoon.

Now sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.

Place the yolks on top of the sesame seeds. We will leave a little for decoration. On top again a mesh made of mayonnaise.

Pour a layer of prunes on top. Again a bit of mesh made of mayonnaise and now we tamp everything well.

Now a layer of cheese and mayonnaise and tamp everything well.

A layer of protein and mayonnaise goes on the cheese layer. We are tamping. Place the yolk and sesame seeds in the center.

You can decorate your salad as you like.

We remove the form by scrolling it a little.
