Festive salad with crab sticks – a recipe with a photo

200 g of crab sticks;
100 g of non-hard cheese or 1 processed cottage cheese;
3 boiled eggs;
100 g of butter;
1 sour apple;
1 medium or half of a large onion;
1 teaspoon of vinegar;
150-200 g of mayonnaise.

Salad preparation process.

To prepare a leafy salad with crab sticks, you need to cut the onion into small cubes, put it in a plate or any other small container, pour water so that it completely covers the onion. Add vinegar and mix slightly. Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the crab sticks into cubes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Peel the eggs and cut them into small cubes.

Now we will form our delicious leafy salad with crab sticks. To do this, all the prepared products must be laid out on a plate in layers in the following sequence:

1 layer – chopped crab sticks, spread with mayonnaise.

2nd layer – pickled onions squeezed from the liquid.

3rd layer – grate an apple on a large grater, previously peeled and cored, smear with mayonnaise.

4th layer – grated eggs (if desired, you can add a little salt).

5th layer – grate frozen butter on a coarse grater;

6nd layer – grated cheese.
