Festive salad with oranges and chicken – a recipe with a photo

Today we will make a very tasty and festive salad with oranges.

boiled chicken breast – 1 pc.;
Korean carrots – 500 g;
boiled eggs – 4 pcs.;
hard cheese – 130-150 g;
orange – 3 pcs .;
mayonnaise – 200 g.

The process of preparing a holiday salad.

Let’s prepare the meat. Put the chicken fillet in 1,2 liters of boiling water. Add 0,5 pcs. bulbs, 0,5 pcs. carrots, 1 tsp. salt, 5 peas of black pepper. Boil for 30 minutes. Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.

Cut the oranges into cubes.

Cut the orange into slices for decoration.

We will add Korean carrots to the salad. We prepare it as follows: grate 0,5 kg of carrots on a special grater. Add sugar 1 tbsp. l., salt 1/4 tsp., ground black pepper 1/4 tsp., garlic 1-2 cloves, vinegar 1 tbsp. l., vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

We will form the salad using a form with a diameter of 20 cm. We put the form on a plate, grease the bottom with mayonnaise and lay out the chicken fillet. Mayonnaise mesh again.

The second layer is Korean carrots. A layer of mayonnaise.

The third layer is eggs. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

The fourth layer is oranges.

Spread cheese and mayonnaise on top.

Decorate the salad with orange slices. Cover with cling film and send to soak in the refrigerator.
