Festive snack Meaty peaches – a recipe for a holiday dish

potatoes – 5 pieces;
chicken eggs – 3 pieces;
flour – 1 tablespoon;
ground sweet paprika – 1 tablespoon;
ground saffron – 1 tablespoon;
mixed minced meat – 300 g;
garlic – 2 cloves;
greens – 0,5 bunches;
salt – to taste;
ground black pepper – to taste;
hard cheese – 2 tablespoons;
seasoning for meat – to taste;
breadcrumbs – 2 tablespoons.

The process of preparing a festive snack.

First, boil the potatoes in their skins, cool and clean them.

While the potatoes are cooked into minced meat (I had it ready), add grated garlic, chopped greens, an egg, and seasoning for meat.

We knead the minced meat and form small cutlets from it.

Fry the patties on both sides. Let them cool down a little.

Then rub the potatoes on a fine grater, salt and pepper, add an egg and cheese to it.

Then we add flour to the potato mass. And mix everything well.

Divide the potato mass into two parts. Add paprika to one (if you don’t like spicy, sweet is better), and saffron to the other.

Mix everything thoroughly so that the potato dough is uniform.

Then we make an equal number of cakes from each half of the dough, the size of the cakes is such that they fit the patty.

We connect the entire structure.

It should turn out like this dumpling with multi-colored barrels.

Then we take any stick, I took a skewer and make a groove like a peach.

Coat the “peach” with egg white.

Sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.

We put the “peaches” in a baking dish and put them in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serve with “leaves” of salad.
