Fish in the oven – a recipe for cooking a dish.

Today I will tell you how to cook baked fish in the oven! This dish is made quickly. It is simple, but incredibly tasty. Perfect for athletes, as it contains a small amount of fat and high-quality protein.

A whole fish baked in the oven is definitely very useful, tasty and ready in 20 minutes. Both of them go well with vegetables, I usually eat fish with vegetable salads!

Ingredients:
fish – 1 pc.;
lemon – 0,5 pcs .;
favorite greens – 0,5 bunch;
sea ​​salt

The process of cooking.

Cooking fish in the oven is simple and quick. We turn on the oven at 220 degrees and leave it to warm up. Thoroughly clean, wash and gut the fish, remove the gills. We take a heat-resistant dish or baking sheet. On the fish carcass, make deep incisions, as in the photo, on both sides, rub with salt and place on a baking sheet.

Cut the lemon into circles and in half. Insert lemon halves into each slot of the fish, put the rest in the belly in one layer.

My recipe for cooking with herbs is that you choose the herbs as you wish. Basil, dill, thyme, even rosemary, whatever your heart desires are perfect. We put greens in the belly of the fish.

We send the dish to the oven. You can, of course, cover it with foil, but then the dish will look like a steamed one. Leave the fish for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of your fish. As a result, the meat should be easily separated from the bones. In the meantime, you can prepare a salad, for example, with tomatoes, basil, green onions and yogurt dressing.

Such a fresh salad will perfectly complement low-fat fish, because the recipe for oven-baked fish does not involve the addition of oil.

After the required time, we take out the fish – the cooking is finished.

We remove the whole lemon with herbs from the slits and from the belly.
