Ingredients:
Hake fillet – 500 grams,
White bread – 70 grams,
Egg – 1 piece,
Onion – 2 pieces,
Greens – to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper – to taste
Water – 1,5 cups,
Tomato paste – 3 tbsp. spoons,
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. spoons,
Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon,
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. spoon,
Bay leaf – 1-2 pieces.

Method of cooking:
Wash the fish fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into small pieces.

Put the pieces of fish in a blender and grind at high speed until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.

We put the bread in a deep plate and pour 1 glass of water. Soak for 10-12 minutes.

Clean the onion and finely chop it. Finely chop the greens. Add half of the chopped onion and greens to the minced fish.

Mix minced fish, onion and greens. Wring out the bread and put it there. Add salt and pepper to taste. Kill the egg. Minced meat is ready.

Form meatballs the size of a plum. Cover them with cling film and put them in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

At this time, we are preparing the meatball dressing. Fry the second part of chopped onion until golden. Then pour 1/2 cup of water into the pan, add tomato paste, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. We put a bay leaf. Mix everything well and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.

Take the meatballs out of the refrigerator and put them in the dressing. Simmer on low heat under the lid for 5 minutes. Turn them over and simmer for another 10 minutes. Turn off the stove and let it brew for 10 minutes.
