Clean the mackerel from the entrails and black film, cut off the head, wash well, dry and salt.

Wrap the fish in food foil and place in an oven heated to 180 °C for 30 minutes.

After the fish cools down a little, separate the meat from the bones and skin.

Prepare Bechamel sauce.

Finely chop the green onion.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out to the desired size, put it in a mold and form high sides.

Spread the chopped green onions evenly on the dough.

On onions – small pieces of fish. Season the fish with pepper and, if necessary, add salt.

Pour hot Bechamel sauce over the fish.

Sprinkle the top of the cake with breadcrumbs.

Place the cake in an oven preheated to 200 °C and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool a little and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. Fish pie with Bechamel sauce is ready. The cake can be served both warm and cold.
