Here is another simple, but tasty dish for every day – French potato salad. For this dish, it is important to choose the “right” potatoes that do not boil and retain their shape during cutting. Such a salad can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish to meat or poultry. From this amount of ingredients we will get 4 servings of salad.

Wash the potatoes well and boil in salted water until tender.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Chop the parsley with a knife.

We are preparing the dressing. Put mustard in a bowl and pour vinegar.

Add salt, pepper and pour olive oil in a thin trickle, beating intensively with a whisk.

Beat until the dressing lightens and thickens a little.

Cool the potatoes a little, peel them and cut them into 5-6 mm slices. Add wine, mix slightly and leave for 10 minutes.

Then add chopped onions, greens and dressing to the potatoes.

Mix gently, add salt if necessary and serve. French potato salad is ready.
