French-style chicken fillet – a recipe with a photo

Today we are preparing a chicken dish – juicy chicken fillet in the French style. The dish is very tasty, easy to prepare, suitable for both everyday and festive table. Prepared from available products.

chicken breasts – 700 g;
onion – 2 pc.;
mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l .;
sour cream – 4 tbsp. l .;
hard cheese – 200 g;
garlic – 2 cloves;
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. L.;
dill, salt, black pepper to taste.

Chicken breast should be cut into small pieces. We do this across the grain. Do not make the pieces of the dot thick, but not too thin either. I have each piece about 4 millimeters thick.

Next, cut the onion into half rings.

Prepare the sauce. Add mayonnaise and sour cream to the bowl (you can use any type of fat). Add garlic through a garlic press. Add paprika, black pepper to taste and cheese.

Mix everything well. Let’s add dill – it will give the dish a good taste and aroma. You can add any of your favorite spices or herbs.

I will cook the dish in a cast iron pan. You can take any form, but you need to grease it well with oil. The first layer is a dense layer of chicken fillet. Salt and pepper the meat to taste.

Next, we spread half of our sauce. Spread over the entire surface. We put our onions on top. Salt and pepper to taste.

We lay out the chicken fillet again, then again the sauce, onions, and we will cover everything with grated cheese on top.

We send the dish to the oven heated to 190 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and decorate with greens.

The dish turns out to be very tasty, filling and the whole family will like it.
