Fried ice cream

1. Put the ice cream in the freezer and freeze it to a stone state.

2. Beat the eggs in one plate, pour coconut shavings and breadcrumbs into the other two.

3. Cut frozen ice cream into pieces, roll in coconut shavings, then in eggs and breadcrumbs (this must be done quickly).

4. Put the finished balls back in the refrigerator and freeze.

5. Melt butter in a small saucepan, add ice cream in portions and fry for 20 seconds on all sides. The ice cream does not have time to melt. It turns out a very tasty dessert, warm on the outside and cold on the inside.
