Fried salmon with grapefruit sauce. Recipe with photo / Second dishes / Delicious

Clean the fish from the scales, rinse, dry with a paper towel and cut into pieces (as in the photo) 2,5-3 cm thick.

Place pieces of salmon in a large bowl, add salt, lemon juice and freshly ground white and black pepper. Mix gently.

Crush the garlic cloves with a knife (as in the photo) and peel.

Then add garlic and olive oil to the fish. Mix well again, cover with a lid and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes. During marinating, the fish should be mixed 1-2 more times.

While the fish is marinating, prepare the grapefruit sauce.

Dip the fish in the marinade and fry in a heated pan for about 4 minutes. on each side. The fire under the pan should be slightly higher than average.

Pour grapefruit sauce over fried, still hot pieces of salmon and serve. Fried salmon with grapefruit sauce is ready.
