Fried zucchini in a pan. Snack recipe with photo

large young zucchini – 1 pc.;
oil for frying – 6 tbsp. L.;
wheat flour – 3 tbsp. L.;
medium eggs – 2 pcs.;
breadcrumbs – 5 tbsp. l.;
spices: 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper and sweet paprika.

Pan-fried zucchini is one of the tastiest summer snacks. Such zucchini are an excellent appetizer for any table: incredibly tasty, quick and simple!

  1. Wash 1 young but large zucchini under cold running water and dry it. We used green zucchini because it usually has a softer skin than yellow zucchini. Cut the zucchini into slices about 7 mm thick. Rub each piece with salt. Place the cut slices on a plate and set aside for 20 minutes. During this time, the zucchini will release a lot of water.
