Ingredients:
apple – 1 pcs.;
mango (small) – 1 pc.;
banana – 1 pcs.;
kiwi – 1 pcs.;
nuts (any);
low-fat yogurt – 1 cup;
grated orange peel – 1 tsp;
orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed) – 1 tablespoon;
honey – 1 tbsp. (Optional).

Method of cooking:
1. To prepare the dressing, thoroughly beat yogurt, honey, juice and zest with a blender. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
2. Wash the fruits, peel the mango and kiwi, remove the core from the apples (if the skin is not hard, leave it, and if not, remove it).
3. Cut the mango, apple and kiwi into small cubes.
4. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces (circles, squares, etc.) Immediately before serving the salad on the table – otherwise the fruit will turn black and become too soft.
5. Transfer the chopped fruits to a salad bowl, creamer or serving plates, pour yogurt dressing and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
