Fruit salad is a wonderful dessert that is easy to prepare in just 10 minutes; it is not a sin to treat yourself to it, even if you are watching the figure. With it you can start the day pleasantly, you can eat it with pleasure at a picnic and a party, or it is a great snack during the day. Read on for some fruit salad recipes.

Any of the ingredients listed above can be replaced with others you have on hand.

Choose the fruits. Buy good, fresh fruit at the market or local grocery store, making sure it’s ripe enough for the salad. If they are not ripe, the salad will be difficult to chew. It is better for the fruit to be slightly overripe than underripe – this way the flavors will blend well.

A simple fruit salad.

1 cup of strawberries;
1 cup of cherries;
1/2 cup blueberries;
1/2 red apple;
1/2 peach;
1 kiwis;
2 Art. l. lemon juice

For a simple fruit salad, you will need strawberries, cherries, blueberries, red apples, peaches and kiwi.

Wash the fruit. It is important to wash all fruits before cutting them for the salad.

Cut the cherries in half. To avoid cherry pits in the salad, chop 1 cup of red cherries before adding to the salad. Simply cut each berry in half and remove the stone.

Cut strawberries, red apple, peach, kiwi. Place 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup cherries, 1/2 red apple, 1/2 peach, and 1 kiwi on a cutting board and cut into small pieces about 2,5 inch (XNUMX cm) in size.

Place the fruit in a bowl. The bowl can be pre-moistened with 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice to add flavor to the fruit and prevent it from oxidizing quickly. Place strawberries, sliced ​​cherries, 1/2 red apple, 1/2 peach, 1 kiwi and 1/2 cup blueberries in a bowl. The fruit in the bowl can be mixed a little to mix the flavors.

Serve on the table. This dish can be served at room temperature or slightly chilled. A glass of orange juice goes well with the salad – it will help bring out the fruity aroma.

A simple fruit salad with orange juice.

Same ingredients as for a simple fruit salad and 1 cup orange juice,

Pour 1 cup of orange juice into a bowl.

Put the chopped ingredients of a simple fruit salad in a bowl. Let them stand in the orange juice for at least 5 minutes.

Serve on the table. Drain the orange juice from the bowl with the salad and enjoy a wonderful dish with a citrus aroma. If you like orange juice, you can pour it into a cup and drink it or even have a fruit salad with the juice.

Avocado fruit salad.

3 medium ripe California avocados, pitted;
2 Art. l. lemon juice;
1/2 cup yogurt without fillers;
2 st. l. honey;
1 tsp. grated lemon zest;
1 medium apple;
1 medium firm banana;
1 cup of grapes, cut in half and cleaned of seeds;
1 can of canned tangerines without syrup.

Slice the avocado. Pit 3 medium ripe California avocados and cut into chunks. To do this, you can cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and, without peeling, make longitudinal and transverse cuts to the skin itself. After that, the avocado cubes can be taken out with a spoon.

Place the avocado cubes in a bowl.

Pour them with 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice Stir so that the juice gets on all the pieces.

Drain the juice, but do not pour it out. Set the avocado aside.

Prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 2 Tbsp. l. honey and 1 tsp. grated lemon zest.

Mix the fruit and avocado in a large bowl. Chop and add to a bowl 1 medium apple, 1 medium firm banana, 1 cup seedless grapes, and 1 can canned tangerines without syrup.

Dress the salad. Pour the dressing over the fruit and mix the ingredients.

Tropical fruit salad.

1 pineapple;
Xnumx Mango;
Banana xnum;
1/2 cup canned lychees without syrup;
1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds;
3 Art. l. sweet coconut shavings.

Prepare the fruit. Peel and slice 1 large pineapple, chop 2 ripe mangoes, dice 2 bananas, crumble 1/2 cup canned lychees without syrup, and add 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds. Mix the ingredients[2].

Leave the fruit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. This time is enough for the flavors to mix.

Fry 2 tbsp. l. of sweetened coconut flakes over medium heat. Fry it for 1-2 minutes until it becomes golden.

Place the coconut shavings on a plate.

Sprinkle the salad with coconut flakes.

Serve on the table. Tropical fruit salad can be eaten with mango juice or as an independent dish.
