Glazed cottage cheese at home – a recipe with a photo

Today we will prepare very tasty glazed curds. I will cook them with milk chocolate, but they work best with dark chocolate. Unfortunately, my family does not like dark chocolate, so I cook according to this option. To make the cheeses more healthy, replace the Philadelphia cheese with regular cheese and the milk chocolate with dark. You can add any dried fruits to your taste.

Ingredients:
chocolate – 200 g;
cheese “Philadelphia” – 250 g;
powdered sugar – 5 tbsp. L.;
butter – 70 g;
vanilla sugar – 1 pc.

The process of making curds.

In the mixer bowl, add Philadelphia cream cheese and butter (all at room temperature), add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer for about 3-4 minutes.

Break the chocolate into small pieces. We have already boiled water and we will melt the chocolate in a water bath until it completely turns into a liquid.

For the preparation of glazed curds, I will use this silicone mold, but you can also use silicone molds for muffins (by the way, it is easier to make in it).

Each individual mold is well coated with chocolate on both the sides and the bottom. After we coat all the cells with chocolate, send the form to the freezer for 10-15 minutes so that the chocolate solidifies well.

What to do if there is no form?

If you don’t have any silicone mold for glazed curds, do it as follows: we make a sausage from the filling we prepared, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then cut it into pieces of the size we need and then each piece dip in melted chocolate and return to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

10 minutes have passed, let’s make another layer. We cover all the junctions that we did not cover with the first layer and everything is very easy to fix. We will send it to the freezer again for 10-15 minutes so that the chocolate hardens, and then we will fill it with the filling.

We fill each cell with stuffing. I do this using a regular plastic bag. You can also do it with a pastry syringe, but you must make sure that there are no voids afterwards, tamping everything with a spoon after filling.

Next, coat everything with melted chocolate on top and put it back in the freezer for 30 minutes.

30 minutes have passed and I take out our glazed curds from our molds.

Bon appetit everyone.

Cook with a good mood and you will succeed.
