Goulash soup – a recipe with a photo

Today we will prepare a delicious and nutritious dish for every day – this is goulash soup. Such a dish will replace both the first and the second, you will remain full and satisfied.

Ingredients:
beef (pulp) – 400-500 g;
Bulgarian sweet pepper;
onion;
potatoes – 500-600 g;
garlic 2-3 cloves;
tomato paste – 2-3 tbsp. L.;
black pepper, spices – to taste.

The process of making soup.

Finely chop one large onion.

Cut the beef into medium pieces.

Cut bell pepper into small cubes.

We heat up the pan where our dish will be prepared. Pour a sufficient amount of vegetable oil and fry the onion in it for about 2-3 minutes.

Add meat, salt and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Next, pour boiling water so that it covers the meat and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

At this time, peel and cut the potatoes into medium cubes. Add potatoes to the meat pot, where you can add pepper and your favorite seasonings, and again pour boiling water so that it completely covers our dish. Cook for another 20 minutes.

At the very end, add bell pepper and 2-3 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste. Salt the dish to taste, add garlic and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

You can also add fresh herbs here.

Goulash turns out simply incomparable. A tasty, hearty and aromatic dish for lunch or dinner. Bon appetit!
