Grilled sandwiches with tomatoes and bacon » Culinary recipes with photos. home cuisine

Ingredients:
french baguette
tomatoes
bacon or smoked ham
leaves of parsley or sage or basil (whichever you prefer)
a little olive oil.

Preparation:
Cut the baguette into pieces about 1 cm thick. Cut the tomatoes into circles. How many sandwiches means that you will need tomato rings and slices of ham or bacon.

Brush the baguette pieces with olive oil on both sides. Place a ring of tomato, herbs on top and wrap it with ham or bacon. You can not salt the tomatoes if the ham is salty enough. If desired, they can be peppered.

Heat the pan and fry the sandwiches on each side for 2-4 minutes.
