I offer you a simple and original salad. This is a kind of experiment on the traditional vitamin salad of cabbage with carrots and apples. I think that many people are already fed up with it in this form (although it is useful and low-calorie, etc.), so I suggest diversifying it a little.

My household does not particularly appreciate vegetable salads, and the head of the family does not recognize food that does not contain at least some meat. You won’t spend any time here. Therefore, all salad recipes with meat, chicken or sausage are our options!

Ingredients:
carrots – 50 g;
sauerkraut – 50 g;
Beijing cabbage – 50 g;
green apple – 2 pcs.;
lemon – 1 pcs .;
ham (today I have boiled sausage with tongue) – 250 g;
green peas – 50 g;
mayonnaise (sour cream);
green onion.

How to prepare a salad.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Shred the Beijing cabbage. Then mix with grated carrots and sauerkraut.
You can immediately add a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.

Squeeze juice from half a lemon.

Peel the apples (which I do with all store-bought fruits). Cut in half and remove the core. Next, cut into thin slices (if you like smaller pieces, you can use straws). Sprinkle with a little lemon juice.

Cut the ham into thin strips.

Now we prepare our dish. We lay out the products in layers using a serving ring. First, carefully lay out the apples, add the cabbage-carrot mixture on top, then the ham and green peas. Spread a little mayonnaise on each layer. Garnish the finished dish with green onions and cherry tomatoes.

It turns out a light and tasty vitamin salad! By the way, my husband somehow supplemented this salad with chopped cubes of cheese. It also turned out to be an excellent combination.
