Ingredients:
1 pc. lightly salted herring,
1 pc. Borodino bread
2 pcs. beet,
4 pcs. chicken egg,
4th tooth. garlic,
5 tbsp. mayonnaise 50%,
and greens and onions for decoration.

Method of cooking:
Boil the beets in their skins until ready. Clean and cool. Pass the garlic through a press. Grate the beets on a fine grater, mix with mayonnaise and garlic.

Hard-boil the eggs within 10 minutes after boiling the water. Immerse in cold water until completely cooled. Beat the shell well, roll the egg between the palms, pressing slightly, lower it for 10 minutes in cold water. Remove from water, wipe with a towel and clean.

Cut the egg and remove the yolks.

Mash the yolks with a fork and mix with mayonnaise.

Grate the proteins on a fine grater and mix with mayonnaise.

Cut the herring into fillets and cut across, into strips 1,5 cm wide.

It is advisable to cool all the prepared ingredients in a closed dish for 1 hour.

Cut the loaf of bread into pieces 0.8-1 cm thick.

Spread mayonnaise on each piece of bread and place on a serving dish.

Put a piece of herring in the center of the bread.

Place around the fish, alternately in random order, a teaspoon at a time: beets, proteins, yolks.

Decorate the finished sandwiches with greens.
