Method of cooking:
Mix 100 ml of water, wine and sugar in a saucepan. Add hops and raisins, bring to a boil and cook for 25-35 minutes, stirring.

Strain the liquid through cheesecloth and add malt. Add 8-9 liters of water and boil again.

Cool to a temperature of 30 degrees and add yeast.

Mix and let stand for 8-9 days, periodically removing the foam. Pour the finished beer into bottles and store in a cool, dark place.
