How to cook a cheeseburger at home – a recipe with a photo.
It’s been a long time since I treated my loved ones to homemade cheeseburgers. A refusal like “I don’t want to mess around” always got in the way. But recently I read a very interesting article about the fact that the famous chef Jamie Oliver proved in court that you absolutely cannot eat meat in one famous fast food chain.
On another walk, my family suggested that we go to a well-known chain for a bite to eat, and I, remembering that article, categorically protested. Everything is described there too vividly, and even my vivid imagination did not lead me – my appetite turned away. That’s why I finally decided to make my signature delicious cheeseburgers with normal edible meat and not a secret sauce.
Ingredients:
minced beef – 400 g;
round buns – 6 pcs.;
salad – 1 pc.;
processed cheese in squares – 6 pcs.;
onion – 2 pc.;
large fresh tomato – 1 pc.;
large pickled cucumber – 1 pc.;
garlic – 1 head;
breadcrumbs;
milk – 50 ml;
mayonnaise;
ketchup;
salt pepper;
water – 150 ml;
vinegar 9% – 3-4 teaspoons.
Cooking a homemade cheeseburger.
First, we knead the minced meat, as for meatballs. Put a peeled head of garlic, one onion cut into several parts, milk and a small handful of breadcrumbs (the latter can be replaced with a bun) into a container. Grind everything with a blender and add to the minced meat.
Mix and make flat patties. To preserve juiciness, I rolled them in breadcrumbs. When you put them in the pan, make a small indentation with your finger in the middle so they don’t rise too much.
Cut the onion into rings and pour marinade (water mixed with vinegar) for 30-40 minutes.
Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into circles.
Now we make the sauce: mix mayonnaise and ketchup in approximately equal proportions.
Now it remains to collect everything. We cut the buns into two parts and grease them with sauce (both parts).
Put lettuce leaves on the bottom bun.
Then comes the cutlet.
Then pickled onions.
Then a layer of tomato.
Melted cheese and cover with the second part of the bun. Press and send to the microwave oven for 30 seconds.
Cheeseburgers are very tasty.
