How to cook a hamburger at home.
It is very difficult to explain to children that fast food — this is harmful to the body, especially considering the fact that almost everyone around is chewing, if not on the go, then in restaurants. Pediatricians and parents all over the world are fighting for a healthy diet.
In Great Britain, one of the world-famous chefs, Jemmy Oliver, not only founded his chain of restaurants, where food is served that is not only tasty, but also healthy from really high-quality products, prepared in compliance with all technological processes, but also developed a system of school meals.
Thanks to it, parents can not worry about ensuring that the child receives all the vitamins and minerals necessary for his age, and also remains satisfied with the taste of food.
However, this war with fast food can be won only if we fight in all directions and on all fronts. So if your children cannot live without hamburgers and cheeseburgers, prepare them yourself, only then you can be sure that the meat in them is fresh, the cheese is not very fatty, there is not much oil, and everything is tasty thanks to the aromatic seasonings, not flavor enhancers.

How to cook a hamburger at home.
Clean the onion, cut it into 6 large rings and fry it on the grill so that it becomes soft and slightly transparent.
Twist the meat, add seasonings, mix the minced meat and divide it into 6 parts. Put a spoonful of cheese in the middle of each cutlet and pack it so that it is in the middle. Flatten the cutlets slightly on top, and after adding a little more seasoning, place them on a hot grill and cook until done, about 3-4 minutes on each side. After removing from the grill, let cool slightly, 3-5 minutes.
Heat the buns on the grill, put the cutlets, bacon, onion rings and lettuce leaves inside. If you wish, you can add something else tasty (for example, slices of tomatoes), but do not overdo it so as not to overpower the taste of the cheese.
1. Start by preparing the minced meat. You can use both beef and pork at the same time and even add a little chicken meat, so the minced meat will be meaty, not too fatty, tender and hearty at the same time. It is best to use gorgonzola cheese. Not that this is the only possible option, but despite all the advantages of cheddar, colby jack, mozzarella and others, it is perfect for homemade hamburgers.
2. Mold the round cutlets and make a hole in the center in which to put the cheese, stick it well and season a little more on top (in addition to the fact that you have already seasoned the minced meat). For these hamburgers, it is best to use the simplest proven seasoning (salt, black pepper and garlic).
3. Cook the patties on the grill or in a traditional pan, trying to use as little oil or fat as possible. Take the sandwich buns and place the meatballs in them along with a couple of pieces of bacon, red onion rings and lettuce leaves on top.
4. You should not add anything extra to these hamburgers, such as sauce or mayonnaise, otherwise the surprise in the form of cheese that awaits the eaters inside will not be so expressive.
5. It cannot be said that a bun with a cutlet is a useful dish, however, having prepared it yourself, you can only worry about how to avoid extra kilograms, because in terms of usefulness and deliciousness, you regulate everything yourself.
