How to cook bread with sausages

1. Heat the water and mix it with yeast and sugar. Leave at room temperature until foaming.

2. Put salt in rye flour and mix. Pour water with yeast into the flour and knead the dough. Knead until the dough becomes soft. Then cover it with a napkin and leave it for 60 minutes. in a warm place.

3. Roll out the dough into a thick layer in the shape of a rectangle. Put the dough in a greased baking dish so that one half goes beyond the edge. Put whole sausages on one half, cover with the other half. Pinch the ends, prick in several places with a fork.

4. Grease the surface of the bread with egg white. Bake in an oven heated to 200 ยฐC for 50-60 minutes.
