How to cook cheesecakes in a pan. The recipe for super cheesecakes

cheese with a fat content of 9% – 500 g;
eggs – 3 pcs.;
flour – 2 tbsp. l. + 1 cup for breading;
sugar – 1 glass;
salt – a bundle;
vanilla sugar – on the tip of a knife;
vegetable oil – for frying.

Today we are preparing a very popular dish that is familiar to everyone from childhood. This is a simple and time-tested recipe for cheesecakes for home use. They are tasty, tender, with a wonderful vanilla aroma, moderately sweet. In addition, they are great for a healthy and hearty breakfast. The recipe is very simple, the products are available, such cheesecakes are swept off the table in a matter of minutes.

The process of making cheesecakes.

First you need to mash the cheese. Then throw a bunch of salt, add sugar. Beat 3 eggs.

Add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix everything thoroughly by hand. If desired, add vanilla sugar on the tip of a knife.

Dust the work surface with flour. Roll the sausage from the resulting cheese mixture.

Cut the sausage into equal parts.

Forming our future cheesecakes.

Pour vegetable oil into a well-heated frying pan. We put our prepared medallions on the pan.

Fry on medium heat. We make sure that our cheesecakes do not burn. Fry until golden brown. Turn the cheesecakes over to the other side. Fry for a few more minutes.
