How to cook chicken fillet deliciously – recipe

Today I want to show you how to cook chicken thighs. The recipe is very simple, the result is incredibly tasty meat.

chicken meat – 1 kg;
mayonnaise – 1 full tablespoon;
soy sauce – 1 tablespoon;
ground cumin – 1/2 teaspoon.

The process of cooking chicken.

Everything is very simple. I add cumin, soy sauce, mayonnaise to the chicken and mix everything well, make a light massage, rub the marinade into the meat.

Cover with cling film. I leave it for at least half an hour, you can leave it longer or completely until the next day. If you will fry after an hour, then you can leave it at room temperature on the table. If for a longer period, put it in the refrigerator.

When the meat is sufficiently marinated, it can be subjected to heat treatment, for example, it can be baked, by itself or with cheese, tomatoes or other vegetables. You can fry in breadcrumbs or in flour.

I will fry on a grill pan. Heat the pan very well, lay out the meat. I leave the heat slightly higher than average and fry until golden brown.

I turn it over, reduce the heat a little more, leave it a little below average and fry until golden brown on the other side. If necessary, you can turn it over again.

I remove the finished meat and also fry all the pieces. This is how beautiful I got. It will definitely work for you too.
