How to cook chicken liver. A recipe for tender and juicy liver
chicken liver – 800 g;
wheat flour – 2 tbsp. L.;
medium onion – 3 pcs.;
salt without bitter – 1 teaspoon;
oil for frying – 6 tbsp. L.;
possible additives: parsley, pepper, sweet pepper.
If you are looking for a simple and quick dinner idea, then chicken liver with onions will be a very good choice. The recipe is proven, the liver is tender and tasty.
The process of cooking chicken liver.
- Peel 3 medium onions with a total weight of about 800 g and cut into thin feathers.
Pieces of liver can also be lightly pricked with a fork. There is a lot of water in the liver. As a result, it will “shoot” less when frying. I also recommend drying each prepared piece of liver with a paper towel.
Put the fried liver in a pan with fried onions. Only at this moment, salt the liver. You can add a small handful of chopped parsley and a pinch of pepper.
Heat the onion together with the liver for about 5 minutes (you can not remove the lid) to equalize the temperature, and serve the hot dish on plates.
