How to cook dumplings with cheese – recipe
This everyone’s favorite dish is quite easy to make. If there is a bread machine in the kitchen, the process will be completely simplified, because you will not have to mess with kneading the dough for a long time. A hearty, simple and extremely tasty dish will please the whole family.
Ingredients:
cheese – 0,5 kg;
flour – 2 tbsp.;
eggs – 2 pcs.;
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
water – 1/2 tbsp.;
sugar – 2 tbsp. L.;
butter – 60 g;
salt – 1 pinch.
The process of making dumplings.
Mash the fatty grainy cheese with a fork.
Beat 1 egg into the cheese. Pour sugar.
Thoroughly mix the filling for dumplings. If desired, you can add a pinch of vanilla sugar to the curd mass.
Beat the remaining egg into a glass of water. Lightly beat the liquid mixture with a fork. Pour flour and salt into a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour the mixture of water and egg. Add vegetable oil. Knead a soft dough. Let him rest under a towel for half an hour. Divide the dumpling into several parts. Roll out the dough thinly, forming a layer.
Cut medium-sized circles with a glass.
Put a small portion of cheese filling on each circle of dough.
Carefully stick the dumplings.
Boil water. Put the dumplings in a pot with boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes. Then discard in a colander.
Season the hot dumplings with butter. Serve with sour cream, honey or other additives.
