chicken – 1 kg;
sugar – 1 tbsp. l. without a slide;
potato – 5 pc.;
cabbage – 300 g;
tomato juice – 750 ml;
carrot – 2 pc.;
onion – 2 pcs.;
beans – 0,5 cups;
beetroot – 1 pcs.;
salt, herbs, sour cream – to taste;
red pepper – 1 pc.;
bay leaf – 2 pc.;
oil for frying.

Today we will cook borscht with chicken. We have been preparing such borscht in our family for a long time. It turns out to be incredibly tasty, aromatic and satisfying. The best thing about this version of borscht is that it is easy and quick to prepare, and the ingredients themselves are always at hand.   1. We put a 5 liter pot with water on the stove. Throw in 1 kg of domestic chicken meat. Add half of the peeled onion to the pan. Next, add the beans, which we previously soaked in cold water for 3 hours.
