How to cook mushroom dumplings. Recipe with photo.

In order for the drumsticks to be well fried, they must be cooked over low heat.

Ingredients:
— potatoes;

– salt;
– flour;
— mushrooms;
— onion;
– vegetable oil.

Preparation of mushroom dumplings.

I used boiled and frozen mushrooms. Therefore, in advance, about 2 hours, I took them out of the refrigerator for defrosting. All the ice hasn’t melted, but it’s okay, because we will fry them with onions in vegetable oil.

Clean and chop the onion. Mix with mushrooms. Salt, a little pepper. Fry in vegetable oil for 15 minutes.

Wash and clean the potatoes.

We rub. For this, I used a large grater, I like it better. You choose the size of the teeth at your discretion. The taste of the dish also depends on them.

Break an egg into the grated potato. We salt it. We stir.

In the process of cooking potatoes, the potatoes will give juice. You can drain it slowly, or just add a little more flour. Vegetable oil must be heated, only then spread a layer of potato mass.

We lay out the mushrooms as the next layer.

We cover them again with a layer of potatoes.

Let’s fry on a slow fire. During frying, it is advisable to periodically turn the durun. You can put the finished dumplings on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

It is better to serve the dish with a sauce (sour cream, ketchup, lecho, etc.). Sweet taste.
