champignons – 700 g;
carrot – 1 pc.;
medium onion – 1 pcs.;
butter – 20 g;
cream 10% – 1 glass;
potatoes – 5-6 pcs.;
wheat flour – 1 tbsp. L.;
salt, greens, crackers – to taste.

Let’s prepare a very simple and quick, but incredibly tasty mushroom soup with cream. In this recipe, we used champignons, but you can use any other forest mushrooms. This will make the soup taste even better.
