How to cook sausage boats with a photo.

Potatoes are everyone’s favorite product. And if also with a crispy crust soaked with juicy sausage and carrots!

Ingredients:
potatoes – 3-4 pcs.;
sausage – 100 g;
carrot – 1 pc.;
lard (pork);
salt.

Preparation of potato boats.

Remove the skin from the potatoes in a thin layer. Rinse with water. Cut each potato in half. Fill with filtered water. We put it on the fire, prepare for semi-ready. After boiling, cook for 10 minutes.

Let’s prepare the filling. Cut the sausage into small, thin cubes. Let’s take pork lard and also cut it into small pieces.

Grate carrots that have already been peeled and washed with water. Add a little salt.

We heat the pan. We lay out pieces of lard. We put it on a very low heat so that the lard gradually melts, releasing the fat.

Next, we lay out the grated carrots. Lightly fry (until soft).

Then put pieces of sausage in the frying pan. Simmer in fat for literally two minutes.

Cool the half-cooked potatoes. Then we cut out the middle of the pulp from each half in such a way as to form the appearance of a boat with walls.

We fill the resulting void with the previously prepared sausage stuffing. Sprinkle the potato boats with olive oil on top.

Place the boats with sausage on a baking sheet with parchment. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
