How to cook semolina dumplings
1. Mix semolina, butter and a pinch of salt. Add water, put on a small fire and, stirring constantly, prepare the custard dough.
2. Boil water in another vessel. Form small balls from the dough and put them in boiling water.
3. As soon as they float, select them and immediately serve to the table, pouring the sauce over
* Dumplings can be served as an independent dish, as well as prepared sweet. Then, instead of salt, add 1-2 tablespoons to the dough. spoons of sugar and pour the finished dumplings with jam, honey, yogurt or any sweet sauce.
