How to cook Spain salad

A wonderful summer salad, but why “Spain” is not clear. And in general, you need to add parsley and basil leaves to such a salad. The aroma is simply stunning. And it is better to take white onions instead of regular onions, they are much more tender and do not have the same bitterness as regular onions. And if you mix olive oil with corn oil, the dish becomes more refined.
