How to cook stuffed peppers. Pepper recipe with photo

sweet pepper – about 30 pcs.;
minced meat mix – 1000 g;
rice – 1 cup;
medium onion – 3-4 pcs.;
sour cream 20% – 3 tbsp. L.;
medium carrots – 2-3 pcs.;
sweet and sour sauce – 1 cup (we had Krasnodar sauce);
oil;
salt, pepper – to taste.
