How to cook vegetable casserole?

It’s actually a nutritious dish, my mom makes this casserole every year for New Year’s, it’s already a tradition and I love this dish very much, I especially like that it always turns out so juicy. But instead of bacon, my mother puts chicken fillet or pork there, it also turns out very tasty. And mushrooms we take oyster mushrooms or champignons.

great recipe – tasty and easy to prepare. for variety, I add seasonal vegetables to it. in summer it is zucchini, eggplant, bell pepper, in winter – pumpkin. this dish will be tastier if you use 10% cream instead of milk, and sprinkle it with finely chopped garlic or green onions before serving.

  • Stewed cabbage with tomatoes
  • Pearl porridge with tomatoes and mint
  • Baked cauliflower with cheese
  • Eggplant and wild mushroom stew
  • Baked Bulgarian pepper “chushka burek”
