How to cook zucchini.

We offer three delicious recipes for cooking zucchini.

How to cook fried zucchini.

Ingredients:
1 medium clove of garlic;
2 tsp. olive oil;
4 medium zucchini, cut into rings 1-1,5 cm thick;
salt;
ground black pepper;
2 Art. l. grated parmesan (optional).

Portions: 4.
Cooking time: 20 minutes.

Finely chop a clove of garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and cook for about half a minute, stirring occasionally. Remove the garlic from the pan (optional).

Put the zucchini in the pan. Stir the zucchini with a wooden spoon so that each piece is coated with fat.

Cook the zucchini on each side until a firm golden crust. Remove the pan from the heat and season the squash with salt and pepper.

Transfer the zucchini to a plate and serve immediately. Sprinkle with parmesan.

How to cook zucchini in breadcrumbs.

Ingredients:
2 Zucchini;
1 protein;
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup of grated parmesan;
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs with seasonings.

Output: 32 pcs.
Cooking time: 40 minutes

Heat the oven to 220 ⁰C.

Cut the zucchini into large strips: about 1,5 cm thick and about 7-8 cm long.

Beat egg white and milk. In another bowl, mix the cheese and breadcrumbs.

Grease a baking sheet with oil or cover it with foil.

Dip each piece of zucchini in egg white, and then roll it in breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. The finished zucchini will be golden brown in color.

Remove the zucchini sticks from the oven and serve.

How to cook zucchini bread.

Ingredients:
3 cups of flour;
1 tsp. salt;
1 tsp. soda;
1 tsp. baking powder;
3 tsp. ground cinnamon;
3 eggs;
1 cup of oil;
2 1/4 cups of sugar;
3 tsp. vanilla extract;
2 cups of grated zucchini;
1 cup chopped walnuts.

Yield: 2 loaves.
Cooking time: 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Heat the oven to 160 ⁰C. Grease and flour two 13cm x 23cm loaf pans.

Grate the zucchini. It is not necessary to remove the skin from the zucchini.

Mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, butter, vanilla and sugar.

Mix the egg and flour mixture.

Add zucchini and walnut to the dough. Pour the batter into the baking pans.

Bake for 40-60 minutes. Test the readiness of the bread with a fork: stick it in the center of the bread, and if you get it out without pieces of dough, the bread is ready.

Remove the bread from the oven. Let it cool for 20 minutes and release it from the mold.

Eat with appetite!

Tips for cooking zucchini.

— When choosing a zucchini in a store or on the market, buy it with a bright green skin and a length of no more than 25 centimeters.

— Try different seasonings and spices with fried zucchini.

– Zucchini has a delicate skin, so it does not need to be cleaned.

— Zucchini can become an excellent side dish, salad or main dish, if it is added to pasta.
