How to make fried ice cream with a photo at home.

The closer winter is on the calendar, the more often I think about warm days, and I continue to pamper myself and my family with summer dishes from time to time. Today I decided to take a truly summer product – ice cream. But we are not looking for easy ways, so I want to dress him in a fur coat, so crisp and warm-warm, so that it is impossible to freeze in cold weather.

Combining the incompatible has long been a popular technique not only in the fashion industry, but also in many other areas of life, including in cooking. This popularity arose not only because everyone is bored with the classic options of certain combinations, but also because there is something mysterious, strange and attractive in these extraordinary combinations.

And I am sure that such a technique will remain a favorite for a long time among those who once tried it. If in doubt, try, for example, fried ice cream, a simple and impressive dessert, one of the top dishes on the menu of many fine restaurants.

If you are not yet familiar with this dish, I assure you, it will be a real discovery for you, and your children will be delighted and will ask to make fried ice cream more than once.

Ingredients:
– ice cream;
— 1-2 eggs;
— coconut shavings;
— chopped walnuts;
— breadcrumbs;
– salt to taste;
– vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking fried ice cream.

Ice cream should be very well frozen, as hard as possible. Cut into several pieces. We send it back to the freezer, we will take out each piece as needed.

We prepare plates with nuts and shavings, with a beaten egg and with breadcrumbs (I add a little salt to them).

Take a piece of ice cream, quickly roll it into shavings and nuts. Then also quickly, but thoroughly dip from all sides in the egg. And, finally, rolled in breadcrumbs. You can leave it as it is, but I repeat this process one more time to get a denser coat: roll in shavings and nuts, dip the egg and top in breadcrumbs.

We send our piece to the freezer on a previously prepared tray or plate for 20-30 minutes.

Pour oil into the pan. The fire should be medium, you can even slightly more than medium (but in no case not small). Take the ice cream out of the freezer and immediately drop it into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on each side for an average of 20-30 seconds.

Quickly and carefully remove the fried pieces from the oil on a napkin for 10-20 seconds to absorb excess oil and that’s it, the fried ice cream is ready. Eat faster!

Such ice cream should be served immediately, garnished with a mint leaf, caramel, jam or chocolate. Sweet taste!
