Ice cream cake

We cook like this:
1. Put the berries in a pan, add sugar, put on the stove and cook on a very low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the juice from the berries is released. After that, beat everything with a blender, but not until homogeneous – small pieces of berries should remain.
2. Beat the cream, add condensed milk and beat until thick. Add berry puree to half the mass, mix.
3. Put the mass with berries in a mold, level it and put it in the freezer. When it hardens, spread the white mass on top and put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
4. Remove from the freezer for 20 minutes before serving. Serve topped with cherry (or berry) sauce or jam.
