Jam from paradise apples. How delicious it is to cook such jam.

apples – 1 kg;
sugar – 1 kg;
water – 1 glass (250 ml).

I present to you a simple recipe for making a very beautiful and, no doubt, very tasty apple jam at home. It is not only tasty, but also cooked entirely from fruits and, even with tails, it looks simply magical in a jar.

The jam looks amber, and the apples are almost transparent. The secret of such beauty is that the fruit must be cooked with tails. And when apples are sugared, they become like candied fruit or marmalade.

Wash the apples thoroughly, cut the tails, but do not remove them completely. Pierce each fruit in several places with a toothpick.

Boil water, put apples in a pan with water and leave for 5 minutes. Then immediately cool the apples in cold water.

And now we need to cook the syrup. To do this, bring the mixture of sugar and water to a boil over low heat and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour apple syrup and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Skimming the foam.

Close the lid and leave for 2-3 hours to cool. Then cook again for 15-20 minutes. This is how our apples turned out.
