Ingredients:
Let’s marinate:
chicken fillet 1 kg
garlic 5 cloves
chili pepper 1-3, to taste
mustard 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
natural vinegar, you can use apple, wine, or lemon juice 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Method of cooking:
First, let’s deal with fillets. Each fillet has a “small” fillet, it must be cut off.
Then carefully cut a knife into the middle of the thickest side, press it with the palm of your hand and try to cut it into 2 identical pieces.
It is possible not to cut the fillet if the chicken was young and slender, but it will have to be marinated and fried longer, but it is desirable to separate the small fillet.
Garlic and pepper should be chopped, the smaller the better. Add mustard, salt and grind with a whisk.
Add all other ingredients and grind again.
Now soak the fillets in the marinade.
After an hour, you can fry: either in large pieces and stew a little, or cut into strips and fry with onions and carrots, or you can fry without adding oil in a well-heated pan – grill and use instead of sausage in sandwiches.
You can add cream, or tomatoes, or sour cream, or yogurt, and all this beauty is in a delicate sauce.
