Kiwi sorbet

1. Peel the kiwi and cut it in half. Grind in a blender until puree and put in a plastic container.

2. Add vanilla, nutmeg and honey to the fruit puree, mix.

3. Cover the container with a lid or food film and send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours. Spread the finished sorbet on creams, decorate to your taste.

I love sorbets because they are very light and healthy. I will buy kiwi and try it, I used to make it from banana)))
