kohlrabi – 440 g;
carrots – 150 g;
medium apple – 1 pc.;
chopped garlic – 2 tbsp. L.;
chopped dill – 3 tbsp. L.;
fresh cucumbers;
sour cream 18% – 3 tbsp. L.;
lemon juice – 2 tbsp. L.;
salt pepper.

Kohlrabi salad is an interesting and very tasty salad recipe that will surely appeal to lovers of healthy food. Also, such a dish will perfectly complement any dinner.

The process of making kohlrabi salad.

Wash the vegetables and the apple under cold running water. Remove the leaves from the kohlrabi and finely peel. Rub on a grater. Cut the cucumbers.

Rub the peeled carrot and apple. Choose fairly strong and juicy apples. Soft and crispy, as a rule, are too sweet and do not have the necessary pulp.

Also add 2 tbsp. l. chopped garlic, 3 tbsp. l. chopped dill and 2 tbsp. l. of freshly squeezed lemon juice in a bowl with kohlrabi, apple and carrot. Sprinkle all this with spices.

Advice: You can replace the garlic with finely chopped leeks.

At the end, add another 3 tbsp. l. sour cream 18%. Mix the whole salad again and check its taste. If necessary, add more pepper, salt and lemon juice.

Advice: you can also add a spoonful of high-quality mayonnaise to the salad or replace sour cream with creamy natural yogurt. You can also mix cream or yogurt with mayonnaise (proportion 3: 1). If you want to give up dairy products, just add 3 tablespoons to the salad. l. oil
