Korean vegetable salad – a recipe with a photo

Today we will prepare a Korean-style vegetable salad – this is a very tasty, spicy vegetable salad.

Ingredients:
medium cabbage – 1/2 pc.;
large carrot – 1 pcs.;
green radish – 2 medium;
garlic – 4-6 cloves;
salt – 3 tsp;
sugar – 1 teaspoon;
table vinegar 9% — 4 tbsp. L.;
vegetable oil – 100 ml;
ground coriander – 0,5 tsp;
red hot pepper.

Salad preparation process.

Cut the cabbage into squares.

Pour boiling water so that the cabbage is completely covered. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

We clean the green radish and carrot. Cut into large strips. Cut the garlic into slices.

Drain the water from the cabbage.

Now put all the prepared vegetables (cabbage, carrots, radish and garlic) in a saucepan. Add salt, sugar and spices. Add vinegar to taste.

We mix. We leave our salad for an hour at room temperature so that it infuses, and then put it in the refrigerator for a day. After a day, our salad is ready.
